This appointment represents a significant strategic hire at Partner level and will suit an exceptional interior architecture and design leader with the experience, and authority able to operate with a high degree of autonomy. The role is fundamentally client‑facing and requires an interior design partner with the gravitas, technical depth and leadership credibility to oversee and guide complex international luxury hospitality/hotel projects from initial concept through to completion and opening.

The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished interior designer or interior architect, with substantial experience gained in senior leadership positions within the luxury hospitality/hotel sector. A background within internationally recognised design studios is strongly preferred. The individual will bring a proven international portfolio encompassing luxury hotels and resorts, branded residential developments, food and beverage environments, wellness and spa projects, and mixed‑use hospitality schemes, supported by demonstrable delivery experience across all project stages.
