We are seeking an inspiring, operations-savvy Regional Studio Manager for a leading light in Manchester’s Architectural Market. This role will be predominantly based in the company’s Manchester studio, but will also require regular travel to other regional offices in the North of England. It is essential that you are flexible when visiting all sites to fulfil this position.

The Regional Studio Manager will have a proven track record of implementing Business Development strategy within the Built Environment sector and will effect change in strategies and policies to drive business growth. Working alongside the region’s Senior Team, the successful candidate will devise, coordinate and implement new and innovative initiatives to secure new business opportunities. Spearheading multiple approaches across events, marketing collateral, P2P programming, bids and tenders, award submissions and publicity-generating projects, the Regional Studio Manager will mentor a Bid & Marketing Coordinator, coordinate with the firm’s nation-wide studios and lead the management of corporate hospitality. An influential and persuasive Team Leader, you will motivate all members of the region to expand networks and continuously push Business Development forward. Research and identifying key frameworks to bid for will be essential.

As well as Business Development strategies, the Regional Studio Manager will have an overview of People Management and budgets. You will analyse vital skills gap and build a committed team to deliver exceptional results. A figurehead in Continuous Professional Development, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, nurturing and mentoring the regional administration team widening their experience and abilities. As party of this, you will work closely with the central HR team.
