Studio and Facilities Manager with IMS Experience

The chosen candidate will join a forward-thinking architecture studio known for their bold ideas, collaborative spirit, and beautifully crafted spaces. This team is made up of architects and designers who are passionate about shaping the built environment with purpose and imagination.

As Studio/Office Manager, you will be the glue that holds this studio together. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and help foster a warm, efficient, and inspiring workplace.

Additional and important elements include:

Overseeing studio operations, including supplies and maintenance

Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and collaborators

Support HR functions: onboarding, team events, and wellbeing initiatives

Manage calendars, meetings, and studio communications

Champion studio culture: organise social events.

Maintain and support compliance with ISO standards and studio-wide quality systems.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and love working with people.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the need to be tech-savvy.

Past experience in a creative or design-led environment (architecture, design, arts – is a bonus for this position).

We’re looking for a natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced studio.

Excellent working knowledge of ISO standards or Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is essential.
