Talented Bid Coordinator for Sustainable and Socially responsible architecture practice (Central London)

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a proactive and creative Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join a well-regarded architectural and urban design practice known for its collaborative and supportive culture.

In this position, you’ll help shape persuasive written submissions, striking graphics, and engaging digital content that showcase the practice’s award-winning work. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of design and marketing activities; from bid coordination and event support to contributing to social media and PR initiatives.

Responsibilities

– Prepare and coordinate written submissions, bid documents, and visually compelling supporting materials for new business opportunities.

– Design high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media assets.

– Support marketing campaigns and assist with PR, email communications, and internal/external messaging.

– Collaborate closely with senior staff and project teams to ensure consistency and excellence across all outputs.

– Assist with event organisation, website updates, and the creation and scheduling of social media content.

About you

– Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.

– A keen visual eye and familiarity with architectural imagery and design presentation.

– Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

– Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation.

– Knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, or video-editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is advantageous.

– Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

– A confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
