A dynamic West London based housing developer are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing & Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who’s ready to take on a pivotal role, driving brand presence, campaigns, and lead generation activity.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager will act as a key link between teams across the business, ensuring consistent messaging, and measurable results.

The role will involve:

Shaping and delivering marketing strategies across the full spectrum of activity

Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and digital content

Delivering targeted digital campaigns using contemporary social media channels

Managing impactful campaigns to generate qualified leads for new homes

Coordinating award submissions, tenders, and public/client presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing (experience in housing, property, or the built environment is highly desirable)

Strong project management skills and a confident, creative approach to communication

Proficiency in InDesign and/or Photoshop (highly advantageous)

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams
