Team Coordinator/PA to Founding Directors (Engineering & Architecture)
An award-winning, lively engineering practice based in central London are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator & Personal Assistant to the Founding Directors. This is an opportunity for an experienced and personable administrative professional to contribute to the smooth running of a leading practice who work closely with high-profile architects and developers.

This is a varied opportunity which combines high-level PA responsibilities, including diary and stakeholder management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, and confidential administrative support, with Team Coordinator duties such as supporting the production of bid documents, supporting staff reviews, undertaking detailed project research, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating team activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position within the engineering, architecture, or built environment sectors, exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign are essential.
