Four projects have been shortlisted for the 2025 RIAS Andrew Doolan Best Building in Scotland Award.

Among the finalists are Moxon Architects’ Gairnshiel Jubilee Bridge; Simpson & Brown’s ‘inventive’ restoration of a 500-year-old, Category A-listed tower house; and the much-anticipated transformation of Aberdeen’s Union Terrace Gardens, led by Stallan-Brand in collaboration with LDA Design.
