Construction approval has been granted for MVRDV’s Schieblocks Office Complex in Rotterdam.

MVRDV, in collaboration with SYNRG, has secured approval to develop Schieblocks, a 47,000-square-metre office building in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Commissioned by developer LSI, which is promoting the project under the name The Bluezone Offices, the scheme will be situated on a narrow site adjacent to the railway line. The building is planned to rise 61 metres in height and extend nearly 150 metres in length.
