RIBA + L.K.E Ozolins Lecture: Food for Thought

With global populations expected to rise to 10 billion by 2050, efficient food production is set to be more important than ever, and our cities will play a major role in this. Food for Thought, hosted by the Royal Institute of British Architects, explored the thought-provoking and increasingly prescient topic of food production within urban environments, and how they can help meet the ever-rising demand. Speakers included leading expert Carolyn Steel, ACME Director Friedrich Ludewig and Director of the van Bergen Kolpa Architects Jago van Bergen. Image copyright Studio Egret West.
